South African tennis player Jaden Sharper has won his second consecutive title by capturing the Mauritius Open. This victory secured him the honorary title of champion of the inaugural tournament series in the "Race to Dubai" under the DP World Tour. Sharper had also triumphed at the Alfred Dunhill Open in Johannesburg last week. He thus began the new season strongly, competing with the world's top players for a chance to qualify for the Grand Final in the UAE in November 2026.
